Definitions

• Us/our/their: Asian Promise Limited New Zealand.
• The website: The english language pages of www.asianpromise.com.
• Membership: The right to use restricted functions on our website in accordance with our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• Guest membership (or simply guest): The right to use our message form once. Maximum of three guest applications per person. Guest membership terminates after submission of each form.
• Free membership (or simply membership): The right to display a profile and photograph on the website for up to 3 months. Free membership terminates after 3 months.
• Subscription membership: The right to contact any ladies displayed on the website using our message form in addition to the rights of free membership. Subscription membership is for an indefinate period until terminated by either party. 

Conditions of Membership

• Membership is only available to males over the age of 18 who are looking for a female marriage partner.
• An application is required for each level of membership level using the forms on our website as follows:

                  -  Guest membership: Our message form.

                  -  Free membership: Our membership application form.

                  -  Subscription membership: Our subscription application form.

• Acceptance of any application for membership is at the sole discretion of Asian Promise Limited. No correspondence will be entered into giving reasons or criteria used for acceptance or rejection of any application and their decision is final.

• Membership may be terminated by regular members by contacting Asian Promise using our contact form. Subscription members should use the subscription cancellation form to cancel their membership. Asian Promise Limited reserve the right to cancel any membership without notice for beach of any of our terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Use

• Asian Promise does not investigate or accept responsibility for claims made by our ladies in their profiles or elsewhere or for the true likeness of any photographs.

• It is the responsibility of members to screen our ladies and take appropriate precautions to protect their privacy and rights.
• Members must agree to indemnify and hold Asian Promise harmless from all costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), liabilities and damages resulting from or caused by use of any services provided by Asian Promise, paid or unpaid.
• Our message form is for the use of members to contact ladies for the purpose of forming and developing relationships for love and romance and shall not be used in a malicious manner or to send offensive content of any form. The message form shall not be used to spam members or for sending chain letters or other junk E-mail.
• All data and information supplied to Asian Promise shall be subject to use as defined in our privacy policy.
